Bug name: Pump Extension blueprint given to players last?
Priority: Medium
Game Version: 0.152.10
Description: I can't verify this bug, but I think the Pump Extension might be listed as a "late" blueprint for players to acquire. I ran through the entire tech tree in a brand new 0.152.10 run, and I didn't receive the Pump Extension blueprint until third to last, at the same time as receiving the Kilopower and Miner blueprints, and dozens of abandoned tablets after receiving all other techs not needing the appropriate Science Bench.
Reproduction steps: Start a run from scratch. When do you get the Pump Extension blueprint?

PC specification: N/A
[Optional]: Screenshots/Short film: N/A
[Optional]: Log File: N/A
[Optional, if necessary]: Save from the game: N/A

Blueprints are given to the player randomly, but there's an "advancement" system? Not sure how to call it. Anyway, the pump extension should be obtainable in the mid-game. We'll check that.

@dark hare @clear mason It's not a question of the blueprints working. The Pump Extension blueprint works fine. It's a question of the order in which it appears. In my experience, all the non-Science Bench techs across all four technologies appear pretty early in the game. In this game which I started from scratch, the Pump Extension blueprint didn't appear until third to last in the technologies unlocked. I just expected to see it much, much earlier than I did.

If you're convinced the distribution order is working, then I'm good. I won't be starting a new run from scratch until the next majorish update so if it happens for me again, I'll say something then.

In the meantime, it should be pretty easy to test if devs have a way of spawning in a pile of tablets. Just start a run from scratch, spawn in 40 tablets, start double-clicking them one by one, and see how many tablets are left when the Pump Extension blueprint appears? If it occasionally appears within the first 25 or so, all is well. In my case, it didn't.

Put another way, this is my fourth run from absolute scratch to end-game. I've never had a non-Science Bench blueprint appear so late in the game. It would be like the Night Vision blueprint or the 3D Printer blueprint not appearing until third to last.
