High priority. I was going to continue playing Occupy Mars for a while, and when I opened the game in the campaign section to load my saved game, I noticed that all the saved games have disappeared. In the savedata folder, the saved games are still there, but in the game, the saved games don't appear; they're only in the folder and not in the game. To clarify, the saved games don't appear in the game, they have disappeared, but they are in the savedata folder. I reverted to the previous version and reinstalled the latest update, but I still can't recover the saved games, and they don't appear

I am leaving my log and the games that do not appear in the game.

"Nothing, there's no way my saved games appear in the game; they're only in the savedata folder and not in the game. I've verified files on Steam, uninstalled and reinstalled, even downgraded to the previous version, but it doesn't work because the saved games are from version 152, not 142. There's nothing to be done. Now, if I have to start from scratch and create a new game, the question is: will it disappear like the other saved games? I don't think so, or do I? I'll see how the new game progresses. Because if it disappears, it's a pretty serious bug. Let's see if luck is on my side with the new game."

I encountered an issue when trying to restore my saved games from a backup and placing them back into the savedata folder. The game wouldn't accept them because my PC was not allowing it. The solution was to open the folder for each saved game as the administrator of my computer, close the folder, and grant permission to the game so that it could use the saved game and appear within the game. So, every time I put a saved game back into the savedata folder, I have to open the saved game folder as the administrator of my computer, close the folder, and register my permission for the game to use the saved game in the game. Well, I have resolved the issue. It's something that had never happened to me before, and I've learned something new, as have you. Thank you very much, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Good night from Spain to everyone πŸ™‚

so to summarize: the issue was with the system permissions and not the game, correct?

Yes, Run as administrator. When placing a saved game that you have backed up in another folder, and then moving the game saves to the savedata folder of the game, my computer was not allowing the game to access the saved games. In the savedata folder of the game, you should open each saved game folder as an administrator and then close it. Now the game has permission to access the saved games, and they will appear in the game for you to start playing. It's something that had never happened before, but now I know for future games to set permissions before starting the game. Thank you very much and greetings. 😊 πŸ‘‹

And the saved game will appear in the game for you to load and enjoy; it works very well. 😎 πŸ‘

Here's an example for you: first, I placed a saved game within the savedata folder, and when I selected the saved game, the permission window appeared to allow access to the folder. After selecting "continue," the saved game folder opens, and then you close the window. Now the game has permission to use the saved game, and it appears in the game. When you start the game, the saved game shows up for loading, and you can play as usual. Do you understand how I did it? If you have any questions, let me know, and I can make a video, but I think I explained it well. Greetings and thanks.

#

And every time I put a saved game, I will need to give permission to the game for it to appear within the game and load to play. That didn't happen before in other versions, and now it does. Greetings and thank you.
