Bug name: Missing Hotair/Solder Bug

Description: The bug shows the missing solder/hotair items that are needed to repair items on the workshop.
Reproduction steps:
- Move ATV board to target repair icon.
- Click Repair.
- Click on Hotair or Solder to repair board.
- Move over to prop that holds hotair/soldier.
- RMB. Repeat for either item. If they are missing, that's exactly what this bug is.
