I noticed that gravity is a bit weird when you are in first/third person mode, it behaves just like you are on Earth, when you jump you should reach 2-3 meters in altitude ( just like in the movie John Carter ) .
Strangely , when i a rover gravity just runs as it should, but on feet it not have the " Mars feeling "; look at Take on Mars for example , gravity should behave like that in OM.
It diminish immersion by the way . ^^

Where did you get this number? In theory you could only jump about 1 meter high. Additionally you are wearing a space suit
it is just a guess by me; not accurate as i just don't know how really a mass of 1 kg behaves on Mars. ^^ Keira said that Gravity is 38 % of Earth on Mars , so if i compare including myself ( i weight 55 kgs ), when i jump i reach 20- 30 cm from standing still ( i guess ), then on Mars i should reach 1 m - 1.50 m , you are right , as the weight acceleration is about 3.72 m/s².
