When i install the java ORACLE setup it doesnt open, what i can do, bc, i have java jdk but i dont have oracle for minecraft mods

You don't need OracleJDK, other Java vendors should be fine as well

If you have a matching JDK, that should be ok

If not, you can download a JDK or JRE here and the installers there typically work
