For example, code files that u cant see when opening with winrar or when decompiling, but get ran when u use/open/double click the jar file

Cause when i find a cool minecraft mod that im not sure if its malicious or not, i put it in a tool i made. And i get all the imports, and that gives me a general idea of what the mod is using, so i was curious if there is other stuff that i should be careful about
