and what is the difference between 2D array and 3D array is there like hindered types?? can then be infinte numbers?

wdym infinite numbers? there can be a lot of dimensions, although i doubt you would ever need more than 4. Think of a 3D array like a rubix cube w/ each element having a unique combination of 3 variables (height, length, & width).

you can, at most, have an array type with 256 dimensions
