so i was just hoping if there is any inspect element feature in the java se runtime module, im looking for a way to inspect element or find source code of an element running in my java se runtime module

"inspect element" is a browser feature that's used to inspect the HTML of a webpage

java applications aren't HTML-based (and don't run in a browser) so there is no "inspect element" feature
