So i used a Netbeans integrated GUI to make everything including importing the image but i haven't managed to make the image move , i have spent countless hours searching for an answer but i cannot find anything.

have you tried spamming the key
the method sounds like it'd be called once upon key down rather than continuously
and are you sure the method is being called at all?
generally methods are in camelCase, not PascalCase, this isn't C# lol
