First you need to play for a bit, to be able to access profile -> settings -> manage character option.

Your old character usually can be found there, just change into it.

If it's not, you will need to ask CS for help to restore your character. But, the game usually creates new character, without deleting old.

Hi, if you lost access to your character, and you can't find it with manage character option, then only CS can help you.

You don't need to know all things that they will ask you, but tell them all you know. And, it might take some time for them to reply, but please be patient.
