@Lizzie Do not need detailed in-game mail, like the one that occurred during monster realm / monster attacks, determine actual impact and then compensate fairly based on the poor QA done (once again) on the product.
The devs used to do this (early Enigma Realm bugs), but whichever product manager has been placed in charge has no understanding of the player base.

- then figure out your post-incident report
-move on.
Just have some self-respect for your customer and dev operations and address your internal operational issues already. Less to you specifically, than the entire product management, game design, and development team over there. It’s technology and development, bugs happen, just don’t be so obstinately stingy about your customer ops.
