The best thing you can do is contact customer support.
Please, contact customer support by using Contact Us button in-game, or sending DM to @minor dune
In your situation, it might be better if you go with contacting the bot here.

Fixed? Not done yet for sure. It just happened to me, too! All the progress (L39), Over 20 heroes, bought(!) stuff, all gone. It's like my account was wiped out and now I'm expected to start from scratch?

I don't have any confirmation if the bug is fixed or not. I just said that bug is confirmed. CS will help you get access to your account. Your account is safe and not lost.
I already contacted them. I fully understood I'd have to give them some information, but I did not expect to get insane list of demands which most of them were literally impossible! And on top of that, a three day ban for... reasons? My (now former) alliance may have some trouble without me, being the strongest and contributing to my alliance more than all the rest together, hunting more war hammers than all the rest together... and so on. Sorry for that one in-game "friend", too for disappearing. That list of demands? Not only the games "support" is awful, but this takes the cake! If paying customers are treated like this, they can keep their game! Never got binding the account to Discord working either and with TW gone, it's useless and going too. The lost account has been finally revived... but only to be played via web browser.
Apparently no way to get it back to Google Play Windows, where I got second account almost as far as the first one. One update also messed up things and delayed the revival process.
The different kind of screenshots requested was astonishing and overall the process was painstaking.
So yeah, bind your account... if you can! It's ridiculous that game this big has to rely outside services just to keep accounts somewhat safe.
Still, customer service was patient and the account is (somewhat) saved, thanks to them!
That being said, the Google Play Windows version is apparently still not bound to anything, as only choices with Google/Discord it doesn't work.
