It's the same with me, I also didn't get the dmg inc, I checked from a battle report from yesterday and then hit one 5 mins ago. Also I never trained any units after reset and my garage is full.

In my case it’s damage. Instead of adding the advertised 4% it’s only adding 2% dmg increase.
