I was playing with different setups recently and noticed, that old heroes skills deal less damage than regular attack? What's going on?

Bailos DMG 5,78T - 1,9T per trigger.
While crimson's 136 T - 13,6T per trigger

Balios is about 3 years old.. she will never match the DMG of crimson...

According to the hero description.... She should

And they target different effects

Crimson also adds hp boost and heavy armour whereas balios just adds atk enhancement which will in turn buff crimson further
