Increase transfer sizes for EL

If I may add, there has been pushback from support stating that "account data might be lost if they raise it to a higher amount of transfers"

During those 2023 transfer cycles where 60 players were allowed to move, there wasnt a single instance of data loss. Not one that I heard of. Plus this is simple data migration, there should be no reason why data should be getting lost in the 1st place

Well, no reason... besides code quality.
That's... kinda why moving the entire dev team to a new game was a bad idea I guess?

Topwar is going to say they can’t do this because they can’t code it.

Remember, they could just push EL back a week and give us an extra regular cycle.

But they won’t do that either
