I have asked another player ingame to also check, no response yet.

I have also tested different reports, both from "tower" and from arena with same results.

So this is not me in report, it's a random from alliance chat.

I tried on my own reports and have the same problem

It works on enlighted blue text on HT aswell, so far it's only on "hero skills" this is a issue.

Yes, hyperlink description only partially works, I can also confirm it. It would be nice if it works everywhere, for everything hyperlinked, like we know from using internet.
