By asking if someone can log in. I got confirmation that there are people who can log in. Now, I can only say, it has been reported to devs for further investigation.

On a more serious note, I demand a root cause analysis -- in determining what happened to apparently just 1508 server, why it happened and how we can prevent such incident going forward? Its not OK for a MOD to remark "everything is OK for him/her" but doesn't explain what hundreds on 1508 experienced earlier

I'm sorry, that's not a valid response. What change was made that prevented a server's players from logging in? Of all the servers out there, it happened to a large/successful server and didn't impact other servers in our competitive league

It doesn't appear to be associated to a recurring maintenance activity

If you don't know the answers, can you please reach out to the TW devs and get their reply? The so-called VIP service is answered by AI bots operated by cats

The bigger issue now is maybe it’s your policy, procedure, or @fallen latch, but I need your team to do better. The interaction provided makes it seem as if @fallen latch was a scripted robot that did not care to address my concern with access. I mentioned in my report unable to login. I did not care that it worked fine for them. Like Cool story I’m here for my issue. His/Her/They/It’s empathy skills need some work if you’re having them address game issues/bugs that people invest time and money into.

In addition to that, please read the details provided. I said …”might not be your server affected”…” then CONFIRMS they checked and should work just fine after restarting. Trying to brush it off that it’s MY INTERNET OR DEVICE when others on my server reported it as well. Within the same time frame and he responded to them as well meaning he saw the same issue same server, but still assumed there was no issue based on the context clue between the reports? Like I rather him/her/they don’t reply right away and give me LEGIT information that they actually consulted the people we don’t have access to and not provide me or anyone else with half ass trash.

Sorry to inform you, but your entire team is not actually working hard to provide the smooth and enjoyable experience you are scripted to preach. Prior to submitting my concern. There was another MOD in the bugs page #1335647467559194634 message
providing misinformation about an event. So with that occurrence and my issue it makes me question the overall team’s ability to assist the community. The only confusion I carry now moving forward is the creditability of your team for any future issues and providing accurate information on a game we all invest in whether it’s our time, money, and/or both.

I apologise that you received some incorrect information however it’s disappointing that’s now lead to you being discouraged by the whole team.
