The resources your collecting are from a level 3 resources ruin?

Or is it supplies contest event? Where resources "fall from the sky" with a parachute?

It's supplies contest event. Also I wrote enough other things saying how bad and unfair was the settings in the game but it didn't allowed me to post it.

Okay, for supplies, they have timer to be collected, 10 hours from the last supply is collected from alliance. If you miss it, they expire.

Also, once you collect them, they also have limited time to be used in store, till the next supplies.

Not sure what timer expired in your case, but I guess first one, collecting from alliance chat. Please, collect them as soon as possible, don't wait.

The difference of time was around 8-10 hours between the first and the second (it was supposed) collection which it didn't happened because they vanished.

I'm not sure to understand the first and the second collection?

Supplies event last for an hour, while you can collect them from the server map. After last supplies are collected from server map, you can collect them to your inventory up to 10h in alliance chat. Supplies in your inventory are valid till the next supplies event start.

In any case, all supplies vanish if not collected, or used. It's not permanent item. You have to act on it, and best strategy is not to postpone it.

I postponed the collection for a few hours because I didn't have something more to do and leave the game. After a few hours which I came back I went to collect the resources but they vanished.

But beyond that, after that incident have started other Supplies event but still I didn't learn what happened to my resources. It was a bug? It was a cracker? Devs have taken actions for that? Something!
