It says that transfer will close on the 27th reset time which was 2 hours and 17 minutes ago.

Times are very important for every event here at top war, and scheduling the coordination for a lot of events still is a big problem when full details aren't released. Especially when customer support can't even answer the question properly while contradicting themselves:

But at your reset time it was 00:00 27th for them
