It doesn’t have TW listed as an app available for updating. I’ve refreshed app store and restarted my IOS. I recently updated to IOS 18.2.

I know that iOS has issues with updates, they are usually a bit late compared to android. You can try to uninstall and then reinstall app. I guess you have bind your account for safety reasons?
