Can you please double check that although the text said "Not approved" or words to that effect, that by scrolling down the list of usable avatars the picture you tried to upload wasn't there?

There has been multiple instances of photos being rejected via message but actually being accepted and available to use.
It seems the rejection message is being erroneously shown to players

We are well aware of that option, I help with making our themed pfp’s for the server

Typically if the rejection is instant, that’s that and need to resubmit or try another - the ones with a message that it’s been rejected we encourage folks to wait and check bottom of the screen.

“Your profile picture violates the rules, please replace it” is immediately shown

Understand it’s a new system, I was lead to believe there was a human review team involved and not just AI reviews. Stuff happens, I get it

I beleive it's a mix of both types of reviews but the AI takes the lead.

Could be randomly picking up something as the 4 rejected images are of a different style to the accepted images.

The best way, would be to mail the rejected images to CS, VIP CS is even better, if you have it and see what they say about the images.

We will bring this thread to the game developers attention as it does seem like the AI needs some work

As Tex posted, the games developers have confirmed there was a glitch in the AI system.

However, we do not typically allow religious discussions within the game environment as it has the potential to cause huge divisions within the game community....just like it is frequently weaponised within the real world.

Haha thanks for your feedback but it is just an Avatar nothing that hurts others sentiments. It's my belief and i can practice it openly in my nation. Also I had paid from my pocket for the pfp option so it really doesn't matter about others opinions on it and my belief. Once again thanks for information and fixing the bug.

Whilst I appreciate your views on the matter it does ultimately matter which is why certain events / historical figures / political pictures / Sexual Images are banned.

I'm not saying you can't have that picture, just be aware it may be removed by RiverGames in the future, should it be reported.

I can have a long debate especially on themes on events that are being held and can demand many events on Indian festivals as well just like western festivals or some Eastern festivals.

But nvm its we demanded a lot of times and we end up with disappointment only
