The avatar system has been rolled back out on some test servers, this is to make sure there is nothing wrong with it before the rest of the servers are able. As for a specified date of roll out to everyone is to be determined. Sorry for any frustration this has caused and hopefully it roll out to everyone soon.

The new system for uploading profile pictures will vet your request and aim to have it checked, approved, and displayed on your profile within three working days.

So the answer currently is there is no Rules that justify any reason for pfps to be accepted or uploaded

Contact Customer Support ingame. explain and attach your profile picture and see what they say

Yeah I'm trying that at the moment, and they've asked for the pic, so hopefully they'll see their AI or whatever is being a bit strict at the moment!

It would nice if it said somewhere if the pic is pending, approved, or declined. As on now you submit and wait, if it changes then it was approved, if nothing happens after 3 days I guess you assume it was declined and start another 3 days of waiting.

I just had to exit the game then log back in and it automatically installed without having to wait 3 days.

Still not having any joy with support. Latest brainwave is that I've to try using an avatar that isn't my national flag! 😂

  1. Sometimes it says rejected but actually approved so please check the bottom of your pfp page

  2. Submit a ticket to CS and Attach this photo and ask them to help you.

  3. Have you submitted more than one in 24-72hrs?

I cleared my cache in my app settings and now it said one was submitted.

Thank you. If this happens again and clearing the cache doesn't work I'll try option 2, because Bulletin 3 you have the answer is no.

I've highlighted many times that national flags are used in the game already, so there can be no rational reason not to use one as an avatar. Again, I've to use another pic! 🤦‍♂

Same issue as you, i conact support and went with them in circles for a week, their narrative at the start was "you are not use flag elements" then i provided over a dozen profiles in the game using country flags or images with flag in them without any issue and asked why this flag is being discriminated against, they kept going circles with the same answer, that this review is done by AI and personnel.

If your A.I is rejecting internationally recognized flags then it's s neither artificial nor intelligent.

If your personnel are passing certain flags but not others due to their own personal issues or ignorance or whatever reason that is textbook definition of discrimination.

You not replying to actual queries and just sending the same pre-canned reply over and over to move on to other tickets solves nothing because people will just open another ticket or find other channels and make more noose about something very simple that was not broken until you broke it and now needs fixing.
