Do you actually think blessing will make you have 80% chance to have runes 
Or you should know it will increase the chance from let say normal 1.5% it will become. 2.25% 
Its just a classic confusing to trick people and noone can say anything back. "Your misinterpretation is not my problem, everything is normal. Nothing wrong."
And its not even like if chance is 1.5% you will get at least 1 rune for every 100 crafts 🤣🤣. You can get 5 runes in 100 crafts but the next 500 crafts you get none. 1.5% is just average or whatever method TW use and noone will know.
