There was an EL in february (rushed in order to stop the massive quitting), which is slightly lower than one every year.
As a comparison, the adveetised schedules were "3 (groups) per year", then "2 per server per year" then "2 per year... if there's nothing more important"

I was on 3037 in February, there was no EL
