So far developers did not made any official statement. Or provided any time frame when it will be fixed or not.
They should be notifying people in advance about time frame of them taking away this option, because people paid money for it.
And they are obligated to let people know. Except they never bother.
Curently they removed PFP purchase option.
And they have right to change it for future purchases, but not remove it from past purchases.

I don't understand why some have it and others don't. The problem is that you can't modify it except with those that Top war offers. It is an integral part of the game that allows players to express themselves, to be recognisable, to have fun with funny images at various times of the year and interact with others. These small scams, multiplied by the number of players, become enormous and if they are repeated they make the desire to spend and continue playing disappear.

TW did not made official statement about it. 1 Mod told that it is a glich but Mod is not making dessissions about game. TW should provide a time frame and explain people why permanent paid option was removed without prior notice. And they should let people know when it will be restored or not.

Same thing for me, it's certainly not that miserable reward that makes me overlook the issue. I will definitely drastically reduce my purchases on this game.
