As I said above if you changed to a different top war picture after your custom one disappeared then it won't show on PC

If you didn't change it, then it should come up with what you had or a previous one

Yeah I've tried on my phone, tablet, and PC and the upload option is still gone. Is there an eta as to when in will be added back in? Several of us on 2197 are having the same issue and paid for the permanent pfp option a long while back.
