@wintry bolt please make sure that you had followed the Refine process correctly. Sometimes we could pick wrong TG by mistake. If you're sure that everything was correct, please send to the CS ingame a message so they can have a look into your account ❤️

1st, its not related anything about optical add on you click, its simply, whatever previous refine process you did, you didnt accept it, that why its told you to accept

2nd it always stuck on that screen unless you accept it whatever you do it wont change.

3rd every time you refine something. You cant get away from the screen by not accepting. That will always cause the problem you are reporting. The only simple solution is accept every time you refine. Nothing you can do beside that, you already lose the gear the moment you click refine.
