@stark star please try to restart game/device. Please also check out if your bank account has been charged. If so, please contact to the CS Ingame for Purchase Issue
I've definitely been charged. I also have restarted the game and tried many times to obtain the same item. I do not have customer support available in-game.
The option is not there either on mobile or on PC. Why?

This is the offer I bought. When I click on it now (mobile) nothing happens. When I click it on PC I get an option to buy for £0.00 or SEK0.00 but I see console errors and the "buy" button never appears
pls look under the hero icon. There you will see the 201 other heros. Diana and Black Widow should be selectable and the rest grayed out.
I already had Diana, and I don't know what Black Widow has to do with this transaction but I already had her, too. I bought the pack to complete an "any daily payment" task (which didn't work) but then didn't receive the items either e.g. the shards nor the decoration.
I'm just unsure about making any othe transactions since there's a chance this might happen again.
