this bug can be reproduced reliably by sending march to destroyer then joining rally. note the order matters, the reverse wont work

this happened for 2 days already, you can see the extra queue timer 148d and 147d

It could be a mistake in general aka: can't walk to ship and join terrors could be the actual fix

If a bug gives your more queue than allowed, I see that as a good thing. You don't know if they actually meant to give us extras queue or not
