It's bad in a sense that left over material cannot be exchanged. For example you have es6 and like 2 es5. Es6 equipped on the going to exchange hero will be exchanged but the 2 es5 left over gotta be stuck

I can continually build and destroy buildings (barracks) and get exp at a rate of 5g per exp. But it is not fast, as I have to build 70-80 and I can one-click delete them (which is nice). Its best to join the most active and strongest alliance in your server, alot of people will quit or not be active and eventually will become on Alliance on a server. You gotta wait a year before you can transfer around and get on dedicated servers for things you seek like language or home country
If you join TheDarkOrder or Soul Collectors you will have alot more fun
