Conclusion
Sinope is not directly replacing Ada Wong, or Alvida. Due to used mechanic, Sinope directly supports Shen Suyu, guide about Shen you can find here
So far, Navy's Control tactic (Shen) was weaker than Navy's Defense Tactic (Stoick, Lophy). After Sinope, this might be changed, but it has to be tested.
Hero combinations
Will Control Tactic (Shen) become stronger, or equal, or not, to Defense Tactic (Stoick, Lophy)? It's hard to say without actual testing.
Also, how Defense tactic (Stoick, Lophy) will work with Sinope, compared with Ada Wong?
It can be answered only with testing. My guess is that Ada Wong will be better with Stoick than Sinope, and maybe Lilia Stoick Ada will be better than Margaretha Shen Sinope.
I'm relatively sure that Valka Lophy Alvida is better than Margaretha Shen Sinope.
But, all of these should be tested to know for sure.

Only in sense: Ada is collab hero. New hero system heroes are replacing collab heroes, so people who are on new servers have a chance to get them.
Thus, it's replacement in this sense having heroes obtainable at any time in events and stores, it's not replacement in sense that it replaces position.
But, to be true, this happened only with Sinope. She is first not direct collab replacement. Other 5 are. And, almost certainly Chris replacement will be just that, Chris replacement.

It mostly favours old players, as new players don't have choice anyway, thus, it's not important for them, they can use only what they have, not what they don't have
And, speaking of testing, if there are some people who would like to help getting these tests done ASAP, please, let me know.
I will need 300 hero trial attempts to do all of these tests. You will be helping community, not just me.

Debilitation=Attack reduction via the value of the debilitate applied,the higher the attack , the more impact it makes..so for small players with less stat(Attack) it's not reducing much dmg

Total dmg dealth is influenced by attack and the dmg increase..if the attack is reduced it affects the total dmg dealth..but from the description of debilitation it's not directly affecting the dmg increase..it's an attack reduction debuff

Damage increase is a attack multiplier. And debilitation affects damage increase and reduces it not attack. The only thing that isnt said is how much does debilitation stack which topwar doesn't even know and how much damage increase does it take away exactly the stacks goes up to 210%, is that per unit or to your stats that topwar cant answer
