Theoretically, the Hero Trial Store won't have the newest heroes or Collab heroes. For example, if you're playing AF, you won't have heroes like Carna, Joan Mater, Heid, Jett, Vivian, Hiccup, Tigress, or Storm.
Therefore, you can exchange 10 Abad shards and get enough ES5 for him – prioritizing him first, then (Brady, Lin, Kai), then wait for the New Hero system and exchange Abad for Francesca (a new hero)

I’d say, your best bet is to get the es shards for carna to es5, buy Abad and the es1s for him to get his skill as high as possible, then you can switch Abad for say Heid during exchange, then switch your Lin for Joan, going for Brady and Abad you’re gunna need 1240 gold shards to make them 5*, you won’t be able to exchange carna as she’s in the air march already

Ignition march is better yes, but mainly because of hiccup who’s getting replaced anyway. And if you’re not a big spender, no point throwing carna away to start again and lose 360 shards

Based on the last few latest servers tho... Newer servers seem to open approximately 2 to 5 days(mostly seeing just a gap of 3 days tho) after the latest server... So based on that you can prolly just search for the latest server once every 2 days or so i guess ╮😗╭

There's no way to know when new server will open in advance. I guess even devs doesn't know that, as I suspect that new servers open when old one is filled up, so system automatically starts new server (but, this is just me thinking how it works).

For example, they say it will need heroes to be 5⭐ lvl 120. If that's condition for exchange, it might be expensive (for new players).

But, it also might mean that new additional things for heroes will open for heroes, and exchange might be available for any state of a hero.

Not to mention: Will we be able to keep old heroes? Will we be able to get new heroes and use them together with old heroes... In short, too many unknowns, and no certain info. If you have more info, please share.
