Well...before Shark, I'd recommend Scorpion. Shark is easier to get at first. Scorpion outperforms Shark at around T5-7 or something like that.

When I got my Scorpion up to T9+1, I flipped to Eagle.

Shark is fine for PvE.

Yep yep! ...and FWIW, on my Main, I did Shark first and then learned the above, moved over to Scorpion and found out for myself. It's never too late to correct course! On my newest Alt, I went straight into Scorpion and it has paid off very well.
