It's starts to slow down as levels are higher. For example, after level 70, it's about 4-5 days, even with moderate money spent. After lvl 50, it's a day, or maybe two

I'm now not sure what level I was on my guide writing character in first day, but I didn't dedicated my full time, but, you should be able to get at lvl 30 or so in first day.
