1. You spamming too much on short time so system automatically triggered a mute
2. You talking on public chats like english/language chat, event chat and a lot of people reported your message = mute by support
3. You just simply muted by in-game mods because they were there when you said stuffs, just like what you claim

So which one suits you, you asking proof but you also have no proof to verify which category of your mute so chill out
