I wouldn't say it's stronger than Ada, maybe just a tiny bit, the fact that Layla can still win after Duke, Ada and Alvida release is just insane
All these new navy Indes hero has made no serious breakthrough from Layla
Alvida definitely has better debi, plus la and ha but the lowered dmg ruined it

In my testing, Alvida and Ada are similar, tested head to head, while Layla is significantly weaker.
But, in battles, Alvida should be stronger due to much more HA and LA. Plus, with some runes there, Alvida will be better than Ada too (as you know, I don't test with runes, it's hard to know which runes player have, and thus, everyone has different runes, or even more likely, not have them at all 😄 )
I would go with Alvida if I have Layla, and I have resources. If not, just use what you have...

New servers enter regular events rotation after TA1. So, you are on a server too new for Rohr, but you're now in regular rotation and you will receive new heroes as they come.
Rohr will be available to you only for money. 🙁

From what I've seen, at most 10 servers in total are full of whales and competing, while the remaining 4,300+ servers are eating their popcorn while watching them
I never shared these views with toxic intent, but something needs to be done.

Have to be in a dead server to miss the ability to get the gems to that point, and 2 free annually, and even one from Cupid is 3 of 4 in first year
Going 3 unit types in this time is beyond stupid, good luck changing my mind on that, unnecessary and waste of time and effort
But with knowledge and planning you can totally finish gold equipment on a unit type - it’s the remolding to 20 that’s the issue with time (but also tiny bit improved from a year ago with monthly event)
That’s said, the bigger players all agree about the disparity concerns, but specific to your very first points with Pluto, about gold equipment in general - it has been answered clearly above for how to get them and I don’t want to detract from that for the f2p lurkers glancing in here for info
