Rohr has some of same inherent design mistakes as that bonehead hero Redfield, because of it and also because of Sara’s lack of bonus skill damage at all (for 7 marches), I’ll skip pushing him past 5/5

At least until the TW hero design team takes a real look at the superstar drops in Air and Navy over last 18 months, then stops making conditional damage heroes for Army 😂

Barring any niche uses for Redfield, anyway, refunded the skills I had over 5, hasn’t been a genuinely good/great Army Indy hero since Striker to pop up to 7 (Duke was kind of nice but universal and lackluster by comparison to other unit types)

Actually I like Rohr. I’ve been testing ES6 and ES7 thanks to bigball on 2682. He’s as good as damage as Striker ES7 most of the time, not as good as Duke, but you can’t just go off his damage and it’s hard to quantify him because he also brings Pulses to add to Sara and Binary’s Passive Pulse skills. In other words, he brings more to the march than just what damage you see in the reports.
