in short uh

this is unfortunate but, damage decrease still trumps "burn damage increase"

and the value of say, jett's "all burn damage +60% at t4 onwards" is AT MOST as good as "gain 10% damage decrease per turn, maxing at 40% at turn 4 onwards"

TLDR: damage decrease 3 star > ignition (burn damage up 3star) on hiccup

all burn damage up 60% < damage decrease 60%

and just re-do the maths if u got 1500 damage decrease and not 400% im not helping u guys on that

but in the grand scheme of things, this is about a 9% upgrade of the march

cuz there are other source of damage/burn misses/delayed damages

60% damage decrase just straight up improves ur march by more than 10%

but in a sense, if it wasnt for hiccup, burn damage up is quite a weak rune

so an unlucky effect pull is now relatively good
