the new hero has some crazy normal attack ramping

basically

the new hero activation rate is near 100%.

it will only miss the first few shots if unlucky, or if u run silly stuffs like abad/asuka

now, the 300% damage increase is a "ramping flat damage incraese"

so a small fish will benefit significantly more

so if ur damage increase is 200%, it will rampto 500% by turn 4

it also means u want a full air march

because the ramp is "per shot"
