Hiccup can add 120% ignition DMG to 3 targets At es5 that more than 2x tigress..paired with Jett increased by 60% after 15 stack of ignition is resolved..making it 180% at the Start of each round..30% successful application becomes 90% this is the reason hiccup DMG looks like a skill DMG and it's just so broken
