well, Hiccup's ignition is only applied to units if Hiccup's ignition is hit by a regular attack. If Hiccup is attacking someone under weakening, then the defender will consume all of Hiccup's ignition before the regular attacks of the airforce can reapply.

traditionally, atk up hero barring say, po, deals about half to 25% of ur normal atk damage

this hero just deals as much damage as jet/carnal/abad

and still deal more damage
