Why does my heavy trooper keep gettimg put into an unprotected slot in my attack lineup

I know i can manually put it into one but the game keeps setting it off into a more common slot

If it does then it picks the latest thing you have attacked/sent off from your base

No info how munch targets new hero will deal the 60% dmg, but i think will be the same as quilly. Passive Skill is better than quilly. LVL-5 better as quilly. LVL-7 munch better as Quilly but little bit less damage output (40%) but in total i expect 10% improvement ...

I think you mentioned a bit incorrect information about ex7 to the players. Please read the description carefully. It does not have massive difference between Qully and sara even for lvl7. The active skill dmg is +40% for Sara and +50% for Qully at es7.
So already 10% drop there for Sara.
The only difference is stack dmg which is only 10%.

If you lucky you get extra skill atk otherwise not at all superior to Qully.

I think you should read the description carefully. Sara’s ES7 is not to her active skill. It’s to that Passive Bonus that is now 40% not 10%. Her Attack skill is 4 missiles unlike Quily’s that is 3. At ES5 she’s will be better than Quily ES5 and almost as good as Quily ES7.

The problem is going to lay in RNG. If evenly distributed perfectly, her max pulses per stack per round would be exactly 5 per stack and she would never see any passive bonus. We know that the likelihood of her Pulses being perfectly evenly distributed is improbable, but we also know that the likelihood of Binary or Nelle not triggering more than once around is just as unlikely.

So her Active Skill is pegged at 240% damage per trigger ES5 or ES7. Quily’s is 240% at ES5 and 390% at ES7. So the real determination is RNG! If those Pulses hit the same stacks between Binary/Nelle triggers then her overall damage could be huge! One reason behind this assessment is the Pulse damage bypasses damage reduction mechanics and can be seen on when the E-100 actives its Standstill mechanic and blocks attacks… it can die with that bubble on due to Pulses or Ignitions bypassing it.
