It has many advantages over the Misty/Abad formation, such as being stable with almost no downside fluctuations and being resistant to the Navy's silence.
If you are considering developing a conventional offensive air force, this is definitely a hero you'll want to develop.
The only difficulty with Titan equipment is that it cannot be faked with relatively easy-to-obtain special effects such as Ignition or Searing, and it requires Battlefield Insight and Supplement Incapacity for each character, so it can be said that this hero is for heavy spenders.
There is no doubt that he is a strong hero, but there are many aspects of him that make him difficult to use, such as the fact that the formation is almost fixed, so I do not recommend trying him out half-heartedly .
