Sometimes they can get a report but can't 'find' you so they ask for more info. Such as server number (if it's not stated, current name) or even a screenshot of your player profile.

As the back and forth usually isn't instant it can sometimes take a day or 2 for them to process a mute.

We and 1471 would fight for second place, that was already discussed between me and Nirvana. 3310 and 1471 fought for more than 12 hours, 71 had a "super trump card", nirvana is stronger than our entire server. Then you pushed us too, but we already knew that, you had to push us for Tango to take second place in the ranking.

We are a server with less than 60 players. We did everything we could. We had a lot of fun and didn't break any agreements. I talked to all the leaders, we didn't cross any line.

The matchmaking was horrible, it doesn't make any sense for 1805 to be in the same EL as us, but no problem, we did our best.

And just to round off the end of my explanation, we didn't get upset with any EL server. It was cool fighting with 1471, it was fun fighting in the 1805 trucks, we're small and we took second place on ark every day we played.
