I don't find it bad, I find it not useful to most of us due to how we usually play topwar. As a non whale you want to maximize your investments duration and Chris brings a new concept to the table putting your previous ones down. He opens pros and cons with it

Fact you need more damage runes because he's passive hero makes it more expensive, less customization but more raw damage.

Also the hostile setup has always been good against air due to mechanics

But I don't find it as good vs navy or even army

Hostile focus deeply on one unit these days, lowest HP. If you manage to hit a D4 from enemy it doesn't critical hit and is bulkier so your bullets always hit the HT but can't crit for example

If it were to hit randomly for more damage I'd love it but hitting the same unit can have flaws if you know how to counter it

It's a great tool to hit the plebs and peasants of the game effectively
