If you speak about Valentine's Day event, you have to spend all what you got, otherwise you lose it. Only exception so fare were collabs that usually were in two parts, so you can keep vouchers and other items for the second part of collab. It's not guaranteed though, it's best to wait for official confirmation if there will be second part of collab.

Yes, it's still a luck factor for sure. I have enough for the DEF-decoration but now I can't get exclusive chest. As a low spender the exclusive is a real big problem to farm ^^
With level 1 decors I would have got both and the spending would feel more worth it I guess.

Lots of people are unhappy about the lvl2 decors. Technically they’re cheap (3 x lvl1 decor = 600 vouchers in this case, the lvl2 is only 450) but just looking at the object 450 vouchers is quite something for lower spenders
