only do it when you have no other option, sometimes having purple is worse because the golden on top of something is never 2-3% increase

with that into account the ideal scenario is for you to prioritize golden stats and even if your piece that you use has no purple and has runes in it, you just inherit rune to this new piece so that the gold stat is there
