I think that will depend on your account. For example, I have higher dmg + and def, so I focus attack and hp. I know the rough numbers suggest to always go def, dmg +, etc, but that does not align with my experiences.

I’m not saying it’s the best synergy because it’s not. If I was going for that I’d use the blue ht in my navy. To me being able to use my ht more often is better than synergy. Especially with where the games at now where you either blow someone out or get blown out. Hardly ever a close fight anymore

To be honest nobody is forced to reward. Game could be drama free if they had just given the rewards for faction leader server and subordinate factions just like the ranking rewards. The appointed rewards are always dramatic for whatever reason.
