Yes it is. Reset time IS midnight. Servers are in UTC+8 timezone, but for some reason they checked the device time instead of server time while the red dot is server time x)

Even the event screen is from reset time to reset time so clearly a case of mistakenly checking the wrong clock... tbf I did something similar at my job once.

Because the hero levelling has been reworked to match the newer servers. Topwar has given you shards that you would of recieved if you had them unlocked under the new criteria. So you may see as pointless. But don't be shocked when you go to level up a new hero and the systems changed
