Yeah mainly on the left hand side of the chip setup you want to look for Def of units, attack speed of trooper, dmg inc and dec, and attack and hp if nothing else available, right side all the above except you cant get attack speed.
Att speed is a pain to get tbh but worth it, your trooper can trigger all hero skills you have in the march ie it could fire itself, then trigger three times prior to the round actually beginning properly.
